Return Policy
At Harrison & Blake Austin, we know a purchase does not always turn out to be the right one. This policy sets out how we handle returns and refunds when you shop with us.
30 Day Return Window
You can return your item within 30 days of the date you receive your order.
To qualify for a return, items need to be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Sent back with any original tags and packaging
We do not charge restocking fees.
This policy does not affect the consumer rights you hold under applicable US law.
Return Costs
If your item is faulty, damaged, or the wrong product arrived, we cover the return cost. Please reach out to us before you send anything back so we can set up the right solution.
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer need it, the return shipping cost is yours to cover. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item is faulty. Please note that returns go to our fulfillment center.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at info@harrisonblakeaustin.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We send you instructions for shipping the item back.
- Pack the item securely so it does not get damaged on the way.
Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we confirm whether your refund is approved.
Once approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds can take up to 7 business days to show up.
Exchanges
If you want a different size or item, contact us. Where we can, we walk you through the exchange. In some cases the fastest route is simply to place a new order.
Non Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned. When that applies, it is stated clearly on the product page.
